GLHRN Policies

These are the governing documents for GLHRN:

The bylaws describe the network is governed and our policy manual reviews our continuum-wide practices. We also have the network structure, a list of acronyms commonly used, and our articles of incorporation.

The member expectations form is something that all member agencies must sign, outlining how agencies are supposed to act. We also have a conflict of interest form that members sign to verify they will not use GLHRN to personally profit.

Another key GLHRN policy is our grievance policy. We have a specific procedure for member agency grievances against another member. Also, we have a policy for consumer grievances, and a form for consumers to fill out, which is also available on our website.

Many of our policies are currently being reviewed, so if you have any questions, please contact the coordinator at
